What is soft play rental and is it safe?
Soft Play Rental offers both indoor and outdoor spaces equipped with soft play equipment, catering to children aged 0-5. Our soft play areas provide a secure setting where kids can engage in exploration, play, and socialization. Safety is paramount to us, and we prioritize cleanliness by utilizing a safe disinfectant cleaner to sanitize the area before each event.

Booking
How do I book?
The EASIEST way to secure your special day with us is to click on the "Book Us" tab and submit an inquiry form. Our event coordinator will respond via email and get you on our calendar ASAP. If you don't hear back within 48 hours, feel free to send us a DM on Facebook or shoot us an email at ttp@tinytotsplayland.com. Be sure to keep an eye out in your junk/spam folder because sometimes our response sneaks in there!
Please note: Our pricing includes a 4-hour booking time slot. If you need additional time, it can be added for an extra fee—please refer to the Miscellaneous section for details.
Weather
Do you set up outdoors?
Certainly! Weather permitting, we're happy to arrange outdoor setups for any event. We kindly request that you designate a shaded area to ensure the equipment remains comfortably cool for the children. For safety reasons, we refrain from setting up on uneven surfaces to provide a secure playing environment for the kids.
What if it rains?
In order to prioritize the safety of our little ones, we refrain from setting up outdoors in the event of forecasted rain. We kindly request that you have an indoor backup location arranged in case of inclement weather. Please note that deposits are non-refundable for cancellations due to weather conditions. However, you can utilize your deposit as credit for a future booking. This credit remains valid for a full year from the original event date, and we'll collaborate with you to reschedule based on our availability.

Please note: Once Tiny Tots Playland has fully set up all equipment and your event time has started, a refund WILL NOT be issued.
Payments
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept payments via PayPal. All major credit and debit cards can be used to make payments and a PayPal account is not required.

How much is the deposit amount?
Deposit is 30% of your total. This amount will secure your date and will also be deducted from your balance. Remainder balance is due 24hours prior to your event date. Please keep in mind that dates WILL NOT be reserved until a deposit is paid.​
Do you offer a payment plan?
Certainly! With PayPal, you have the flexibility to make payments at your convenience by using your personalized invoice link. So, yes, technically!
Fees
How does the delivery work, is there a fee?
We'll arrive two hours before your event begins to begin setup. If there are any restrictions such as stairs or limited parking that could potentially delay setup, kindly inform us beforehand so we can make appropriate arrangements. Please note that there is a delivery fee for every rental, which varies depending on the location/distance from Huntsville.
Changes & Cancellations
What if I need to cancel?
We hope you don't have to cancel all the fun, but we understand things happen in life. Should you need to cancel your reservation, please be sure to notify us as soon as possible at ttp@tinytotsplayland.com. Cancellations 7 business days or more prior to the event date will receive a full refund of deposit. Cancellations less than 7 business days prior to event date will result in the loss of your deposit. If you do not receive a response via email (in regards to your cancellation) within 24 hours, please call or text us at 256-604-7905.

Miscellaneous
Do you offer additional time?
We do! The cost per extra hour of equipment rental is $50 if requested at least 7 business days prior to the date of your event . If additional time is requested on the DAY OF the event, the fee is $100 per extra hour.

Do you have any rules?
Yes (bummer, we know) Main rules are: No Shoes, No Food or Drinks, No Sharp Objects. Additional rules will be listed on your contract.
